The set 96994 Covenant Banshee is a Mega Bloks Halo diecast model collectors set released in 2012 as part of the Metal Series. The set contains a highly detailed micro/miniature Covenant Banshee and three 2.5cm diecast figures, including a metallic UNSC Marine figure as well as a tiled base plate. This set contains 5 pieces.
Description
The Covenant Banshee set was one of a number of Metal Series sets for Halo fans to collect and display. They came with a With a tiled base plate that you could use to display the models, this collectors set included a miniature Covenant Banshee with a realworking cockpit and pivoting fins. Covenant ground support consists of two Covenant minifigures with precise Halo weaponry plus a collectible diecast zinc UNSC Marine figurine.
Hurtling from the skies at high speeds, the Banshee is used by the Covenant for surveillance missions, although its plasma cannons and fuel rod cannon can put a dent in ground forces.
