was cheered for her impeccable comic timing today - as her reactions to Alan Titchmarsh and Omid Djalili's parts of the celebration caused delight for crowds and the 5million-plus people watching at home.
Her Majesty was subjected to a number of soft jokes and mersinescort praise during the ITV-broadcasted spectacular last night, where she even raised an arm to the crowd after Mr Djalili's gag about her missing the State Opening of Parliament won him a bet with an Ipswich kebab shop owner.

She also tittered when he made a joke about Guy Fawkes.
And in another hilarious moment the 96-year-old monarch gave an almighty shrug when Mr Titchmarsh praised her 70 years on the throne, and called her the 'constant heartbeat' of Britain.
The fun came on an extraordinary night where Her Majesty lifted the nation's spirits and received cheers and a standing ovation from the crowd at the spectacular finale to the Royal Windsor Horse Show - her second visit there in the past three days.
The 96-year-old looked full of joy last night as she watched an all-star lineup including Dame ,  and Katherine Jenkins perform at the event alongside equestrian, military and musical talent from all over the world. 
But the show came in for some criticism when  were accused of allowing Mr Cruise to hijack and 'cheapen' the opening event of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee so he could promote Top Gun 2 in return for reading for less than a minute from an Autocue.

And viewers also pointed out that Mr Djalili failed to call her 'Your Majesty' during his routine, plumping for the incorrect 'Your Royal Highness' instead.
The funniest moment  came at the end as Alan Titchmarsh festooned the Queen with warm words.

He told her 'For 70 years there's been one constant heartbeat of this nation and that heart belongs to Her Majesty the Queen.'
Spontaneous applause they broke out and the cameras cut to the Royal. The Queen appeared in agreement and - after looking at a friend - shrugged modestly.

One viewer remarked: 'The Queen shrugs as if she doesn't understand why the fuss is all about. So cute.'

As the Queen got to her feet to leave the event, A-listers including Tom Cruise stood up to bid the monarch farewell.

But his involvement also sparked criticism as he used a later interview to promote Top Gun 2
The Commonwealth and the four nations of the United Kingdom were celebrated, while military and equestrian displays from around the world including Azerbaijan, India, Oman, France, Norway, Switzerland, and Trinidad and Tobago took centre stage.

Elsewhere comedian Omid Djalili, who hosted the celebration in the role of Herald, joked about the fact she was in the crowd but missed the State Opening of Parliament.
He quipped: "Your Royal Highness, on behalf of everyone here we would like to thank you, very humbly, for picking us over the State Opening of Parliament.
"You did the right thing, and I won £5 in a bet with my local kebab shop owner in Ipswich."
As applause broke out the camera showed her wryly smiling before raising her arm in the air as acknowledgement. 
 reassured tens of millions of Britons and her subjects around the world about her health during an enthusiastic and energetic appearance at the first of her national celebrations - but royal aides also admitted she now has ‘good and less good days'.
It also bodes well for the official weekend of jubilee events in June, when it is anticipated she will attend a Service of Thanksgiving for her remarkable 70-year reign and make her traditional appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony at Trooping the Colour. 
It is unlikely she will attend many other events, however, as palace aides admit she has ‘good and less good days'. 
The Queen has been forced to cancel a string of engagements in recent months and last week missed the State Opening of Parliament for the first time ever due to age or infirmity, symbolically asking her son, the Prince of Wales, and grandson, the Duke of Cambridge, to stand in for.
But royal aides insist that despite what they describe as ‘episodic' mobility issues, the monarch is in good spirits and very much in charge behind the scenes, undertaking several meetings each week in addition to her familiar red boxes of official papers.
Her appearance last night, following her first visit to the horse show on Friday to watch some of her beloved animals compete, will give succour to her subjects.
