Description
The Toby's Windmill Set contains a buildable Toby the Steam Tram with real working wheels and a Windmill with sails that turn around.
Guide Toby along his branch line and have him visit his favourite place on the Island of Sodor, Toby’s Windmill. Toby loves the old Miller’s windmill, and when he helped rebuild it after a terrible storm, the miller renamed it “Toby’s Windmill”.
